Be my phone sales person, conduct a few B2B sales calls/week

Ripcord Design is a web design firm I founded about 15 years ago. I've been running it essentially as a sole proprietor, and I'm now looking to hand off the part I enjoy least - talking on the phone to potential clients. That's where you come in. Right now I typically average one call every couple of weeks. That will increase, as we are going to be increasing marketing/advertising, including Google Adwords, etc. So the volume will steadily increase, likely getting to an average of 2-3 calls per week. The calls themselves are typically about 20-40 minutes long. A potential client will have filled out our online quote form, and they're simply looking to speak with someone about building their new website, or redesigning their current website. The substance of the calls will be more about listening to what they have to say, explaining how our services would be a good fit, and answering some basic questions about how the process works, what it costs, etc. We don't have a set script, but aside from standard business conversation, there will be little need for creative improvisation, certainly not any hard selling or corny sales pitches. I've been doing this for a long time myself, so I'll be providing you with a short, detailed outline of what kinds of things are usually discussed, along with answers you might give to common questions, and a feel for the kind of tone I typically use with potential clients. This is new to me, so they'll be some learning curve for both of us. It's not a high-pressure sales gig at all, and at first I may hand off just a few calls to see what I'm comfortable with (while I take more critical ones myself). But, when I find the right person, I'm more than happy to feed all of our clients through you to set up and conduct our sales calls. We're a Boston company, dealing with local businesses, so a New Englander would be nice, but certainly not necessary. Most of all I'm looking for a friendly voice with a friendly demeanor who can spend a half hour on the phone a few times a week and turn a potential client into one who can't wait to send a deposit check to get started on their new website.
