Sell 18 sponsored video ad spaces to local businesses

Lynx Video creates golf course flyover films in partnership with golf clubs. We film each hole and produce 18 discreet videos on behalf of the golf club. The golf club then embeds the videos into their website and social networking sites. We fund the work by selling the ad space within each video, to local businesses. Our videos are professionally filmed from the air using UAV technology and professionally voiced / narrated. The golf club we are currently selling is in the North West (UK). We have 18 holes currently for sale and each hole is estimated to be worth between £400.00 and £200.00 for this particular club. Payment for selling all these ad spaces is based on 30 percent of total sales revenue. Naturally, we expect some holes might sell for more than others, so final payment will probably vary depending on the turnover you can secure. Our research indicates that the kind of businesses that buy this kind of ad space are high transaction value businesses that normally target customers who have disposable income (car dealerships, accountants, solicitors, motorhome / caravan dealerships / golf related product retailers / travel companies). We require a sales person that can create a strategy and run with it right through from conception to securing the end sale. The package we are selling is as follows: - 1920 pixels by 1080 pixels image at the beginning of the video (5 seconds) - 1920 pixels by 1080 pixels image at the end of the video (10 seconds) - Website address in the main graphic info box that appears during the video (10 seconds) with tagline or logo graphic - Clickable link at the end of the video to the sponsor website - Video uploaded to YouTube for cross promotion (By Lynx Video & the golf club) - Video uploaded to Facebook for cross promotion (By Lynx Video & the golf club) The ads are to be supplied by the client. Furthermore, each hole we sell will require selling again each year. We currently have four golf clubs online at present (ready to sell) and many more in the pipeline just as soon as the weather improves and we get leaves on the trees again. The number of plays on our videos for three of our golf clubs currently look like this: - August 2016 - 2,875 - September 2016 - 3,973 - October 2016 - 5,182 - November 2016 - 2,257 - December 2016 - 1,274 - January 2017 - 2,627 NB: These figures are naturally out of season and more importantly, two of the three golf clubs have only been online for the last four months. Total viewing time ads up to over 14 days and 4 hours.
