I'm starting a new product brand and i'm looking for a rockstar virtual assistant that can help in handling most of the tasks that come with it.
I'm looking for someone detail oriented and most of all organized. Good English skills are recommended and knowledge of how Alibaba product sourcing, FRQ, shipping and management logistics work.
Some of the tasks that will be in charge of include but are not limited to:
PRODUCT RESEARCH & SOURCING:
• Product research (Jungle Scout, AmazeOwl, other sources)
• Check if product is not patented
• Check if product can be profitable in Amazon, Ebay, Etsy or others
• Find Alibaba suppliers:
• get quotes
• get samples sent to me
• deal with negotiations
• get the best pricing for private label
• get shipping quotes
• Research distribution channels and fulfillment management
• Keyword research with keyword inspector
• Write new product listings
PRODUCT MANAGEMENT WHEN LIVE
• Weekly product monitoring
• Weekly inventory tracking
• Answer customer service emails and or comments
• Help with Pay Per Click advertisement and other types of advertisement to help the product to sell
• Make documentation for all the tasks above and other workflows to help organize the structure of the company.
We will work mostly with google docs and any type of messenger of preference for agile communication.
I will interview you to check you qualifications and we will start slowly with some research tasks in the first weeks, this would be a part time job but with possibilities of becoming a full time gig for you.
