Create simple website for promoting a product - see description

I need someone to make a simple but nice modern website to promote a specific product. The product for what the website is needed can be found here: [login to view URL] I've allready got the domain and hosting. Best would be if the website is multilanguage, ''english'' and our local laguage ''dutch'' It need to have a nice homepage with a banner slider, the banners also have to be made to promote product. It needs to have a CMS so we can allways change text, add news. All pages need to have social media integration, so people can like, share the website / page. The website wil have the following pages: - Homepage - How does it work? - Features - News - with BLOG fuction (i want people to be able to response on articles here) - BUY -- The BUY page will link to a magento website of ours with the product on it. it would also be possible to create a new front-end for our exisiting magento webshop, this would even be better. Website still needs to have same fuctions. Please give price of both options.
