The ad will need to be posted on each site and you can post the ad on craigslist daily. The ads must be available on these sites for at least 30 days. ? We will be promoting a website where they can view the pictures on the home, for the sites that allow this. For any site that this is not allowed you will have to include pictures of the home in the ad. If the home sells before the 30 days or up you will not be required to keep posting and you will still get the agreed upon compensation. Also if this works out well, we will be looking for the same type of help on similar projects for the other homes we are selling.
