Backlinks PR3+

I need 5 high quality PR3+ links that link to the main page of my gambling website (I prefer relevant high PR websites with gambling content). Links must be contained on PR3+ pages (main page rank does not count). I will provide the anchor text and relevant information for the links to the bid winner. The links must be: 1)One Way Links. 2)Static & Permanent One way links, no reciprocal links will be accepted. 3)Link must not reside on a page with more than 15 outbound links 4)Link pages must have been recently cached in Google (within past 30 days) 5)Links should include the target keywords and or key phrases as a title tag on the text hyperlink. Links should then be followed by a brief description of our website also including related keywords. NO RelNoFollow (rel="nofollow") links in the code. 6)Links should not be through a JavaScript and or a redirect script. 7)Links should not be on Flash sites or pages. 8)Links should not be listed on drug, porn, illegal and other offensive websites (spam, ban, or backlisted). 9)Links should not be on web pages that are disallowed by [login to view URL] tag. 10)Links should not be from framed pages 11)All links should be free and not paid and not in the footer as well. 12)All links must be from a different domain and IP address (from different class c block). 13)Linked sites must be in production (developed and not under construction). 14)Links must be in text, no graphics. 15)Links must not come from web directories. 16)Links should not be posted and or participate web directory or in any commercial link exchange programs/ web rings/ link farms/ exchange programs. i.e [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc.. The old co-op advertising sites are no good as well. 17)AND MOST IMPORTANT, LINKS MUST BE FROM REAL WORKING, USER VISITED WEBSITES. No spamming or black hat SEO is permitted because I want this website to generate traffic only from organic search results and any black hat practices will get the website banned. You must provide some type of document showing where the links are located and proving your work. I will need you to provide me with a report containing the site url, link page address, IP, and page rank. I need 1 link per day, not all 5 at once. I will pay all in full when it has been completed and verified by me. Also, I'm hoping to keep the same provider for more jobs in the near future if this works out. Project budget is $20 - $80
