Blog Posts Needed - Blog owners please contact

I need some small articles to be placed on Law related blogs. Articles would be 100-150 words, with 2-3 links on each of them. All blogs should be - 1. Allow my article to remain there for minimum 1 year. 2. Should be in recent cache of 30 days 3. Should have minimum 0 PR 4. Already existing inner pages should be in cache 5. Links should not be "no-follow" links 6. All blogs to be hosted on different C-class IP. 7. Home page should not have OBL more than 50. Send me your blogs lists related to law theme and the costs and i will select the appropriate list of blogs. Please note that this is a long term work, with monthly requirements. Thanks Radhika
