Create a Corporate Training Program PLEASE READ Project Description

We are looking for a professional that can create an easy use and VERY easy to understand corporate training program centered around the Myer-Briggs Types and Test Result of employees that take the test. The program will help owners and supervisor better coach and develop their employees in a step by step fashion as well as provide them with the ability to see results based on whatever metrics they are using within their organization. The person and/or team should have a FULL understanding of the Myer-Briggs MBTI and should have a test result themselves. We want to make sure all sixteen types or covered in the deliverables you create and that your solution is specific to each solution but has an overall general ease of use for the end user. You solutions should be original and not copied or recreated from someone else’s material. Your ratings, history and portfolio should reflect that you have created corporate educational learning materials in the past. Your target within organizations will consist of those that work in sales, customer care, management, the C-Suites and other front line workers. The overall goal of your finished solution is to make the employee happier by having more engagement by their employer that helps to improve their everyday work life as well as their career path within the organization. Again, ALL of this MUST be based on their Myer-Briggs Type and Test results. If you have no understand of this and cannot deliver, please DO NOT bid. In order to make sure you understand this project and are not generating “auto-responses” to this bid request, please give us an idea of your approach to the solution as well as telling us exactly how long you have been creating corporate training AND have many years you have worked with Myer-Briggs Types or models. Anything less than this will cause your bid to likely be ignored unless you feedback and work history is fantastic and may met our needs.
