Hire a 3D Rendering Expert

I need help using 3D Max mParticles to generate a matching asymmetrical gear. Please see the attached documents. The gears depicted in [login to view URL] used proBoolean to subtract multiple copies of the gear #1 from gear #2. The result illustrates the result I am looking for, but does not have the detail I want and the process takes too long. I think that using mParticles will allow me, more flexibility, as my designs get more complicated. I’d like to generate a 3D max model that I can 3D print that looks like the gears depicted in [login to view URL] The gears where created using wax molds that where created by using physical gears to control the motion instead of “wire rotation” I have attached the 3D max file I have been working on and video of my unsuccessful attemp to deform the 2nd gear.
