Basic plans for new home construction

Hi! My name is Jesús and I am a spanish architecture student (5th year). I study at the ETSAM-UPM in Madrid. There I learn know how to do arquitectural designs with Revit, Rhinoceros, Sketchup and AutoCAD (expert level) and Render with v-ray. I have experience doing this kind of work. Of course you could revise all designs after I do it. I can do the work cheapper and faster than others because it is my first time at this site and I need to have opinions and evaluations.
