The purpose is to manage a network of raspberry pi3 with camera v2 and a sd 8Go wich constitute a booth. The maximum of camera used is 128. On the Raspberry side : - we need an image disk we can burn on a sd 8go with the complete OS and an application to pilot the camera (taking still image). The application should be active after automatically boot. The ip/id of the unit should be configurable using a text file wich can be edited and set the ip adress of the raspberry. On the windows side : - we need a windows python application which can "fire" all the raspberry camera units at the same time and download the pictures taken to the pc on a configured directory. - we need to control the number of cameras which can be used (encrypted file), to configure the directory on the pc where the images are saved and the parameters used to take the pictures (all the parameters documented in raspiCam documentation should be available to set using menus and previews on 1 -4 cams).

Although I'm not entirely sure what you mean by booth it's a little hard to imagine what it's going to be used for. That said though, I think the best way to approach this is to create a MQTT network, attaching all the Pi's to it via ethernet (to have better speed, but I suppose WiFi could do as well, although less stable) and have them listen for certain commands. I think I can have this up and running in an day, and to be quite fair, it certainly shouldnt cost 250 EUR, but sadly, I can't bid any lower due to the parameters you've set... I would need from you more details, as to how it needs to be send (secure or not) where it needs to be send to, what kind of commands you're looking for and maybe if you want to have remote triggering options.. Anyway, let's talk about it?

Hi, I have worked on several Raspberry pi/Arduino project (please check my profile). I have worked on photobooth project using raspberry pi but that is single node system and independent photo booth. I think here you are looking for a mesh of cameras and take a snap and consolidate it on central node (windows machine). We can do distributed master-slave design where windows machine code can send actions to raspberry pi slaves to take photo. There can be a timing issue here and scaling issue when lot of nodes are present and we need to handle it. Updated the bid amount! Thanks!

Hello, I have many years of experience with Linux and Python programming. I've alsodone many projects with Raspberry Pi including home automation, video surveillance, media center add-ons. Among the hardware I've used with it are EnOcean devices, GrovePi sensors, HAT boards (GrovePi, SenseHAT, UnicornHAT, PiFace relay), picamera, magnetic card readers, Modbus devices, servo motors and many others. For this project I would build: - a slave web app that listens for "take photo" requests and runs on the RPi - a master web app that runs on the Windows machine and talks to the slave apps I would probably use Tornado and / or Django for the web applications and supervisord to make sure they are started on boot / restarted in case of issues. Hello.. I have the cam and the rp1-3.. and the experience programming camera based solutions. One of my DVRs was reading from 4 HD cams in the same time and on beaglebone. Rpi got no unique id; but we can depend on wifi or BT's macs of RP3.
