Develop small GUI in python

Server running on local host accept string like this K-62.30-NAME1-7000 or S-60.30-NAME2-5000 There is a file [login to view URL] NAME1,7000 NAME2,5000 There should be a dropdown list with all Names read from CSV file. There should be second dropdown list with Quantity. For NAME1 acceptable quantity values will be multiples of 7000, say five values upto 3500 and same for NAME2 quantity should be a dropdown list with five values from 5000 to 2500 Thirdly there should be a box to specify price i.e. 62.30 or 60.30 etc upto two decimal places And there should be two buttons Buy and Sell. If user clicks buy you make string like this K-62.30-NAME1-7000 terminate it by \n and send to server if user clicks sell you make string like this S-62.30-NAME1-7000 terminate it by \n and send to server. Server will in return write back some number, you can have a box to display returned number. And there are three python scripts which should be launched when this GUI is launched. Two out of above three scipts come up with one simple refresh button. I would like that we put those two refresh buttons (from two scripts) also on this GUI. It should read host port number from config file: server_host : '[login to view URL]' server_port : 9999
