Things I know I believe the past five years of my professional career have made me an expert in communication, especially in all matters related to the work of nongovernmental organizations. Through my work experience and education I have successfully developed strong public speaking skills which were essential during challenges of addressing and communicating company’s vision, goals, and activities to different profiles of audiences. In addition, due to my current professional engagement, I have gained significant experience in the area of project management. Being involved in all levels of grant management within my organization I am used to managing multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting all deadlines. My responsibilities also include monitoring and evaluation of the work of multiple project coordinators, ensuring they are all motivated and on the right track within their projects. Therefore I provide assistance and input in the areas of project proposal writing, strategic planning, and strategic communication. Why pick me My strongest trait is that I am very hard working, and go beyond the minimum of tasks in order to ensure the success of the projects and activities under my supervision. Additionally I am flexible in adjusting to continuous changes, and work well under stress. Given that I find positions where I can support and help other individuals highly rewarding I am very much dedicated and passionate about the work I do. For me, the work I do is more than a mere job. I believe it is a calling, and therefore if I take on obligations within a company, I do so in a loyal and trustworthy manned.
