Assist us with finding and managing telemarketing teams

We are looking for assistance with growing our telemarketing division of our company. We would like to deal with people having access to multiple teams if possible as this has proven successful in the past with us. We have been outsourcing telemarketing for a number of years with great success and currently have very good rapport with a number of teams located globally. We are an established mortgage/debt consolidation re-finance company with North American wide exposure providing re-structuring, re-financing and arbitration solutions to consumers. We require a telemarketing company to join our campaign who can offer a minimum of 10 seats, working from Monday to Thursday 4pm to 8:30pm EST and Saturday 10am to 4pm EST(with other hours being optional). The selected team must have strong English skills and be experienced in lead creation. All leads can be live transfered for immeadiate approval or submitted as batch leads. We will provide lead updates 2 times weekly and possibly provide sales portal access so team can view all leads in real time. Additional earnings can be achieved with full application submissions. We will pay a generous upfront commission along with a funding bonus for all clients who engage in our services. Our pay is the top in our market. All leads must have basic client contact information and basic debt/mortgage information. We will accept leads that are only debt based in nature as well and not having mortgage presence under an affiliate campaign(minimum debt of 30k with inability to repay). We provide all training, web support, leads and DNC lists(additional earnings for teams providing own lead data) All teams also have access to our CRM for real time updates. All payments are PPL and paid on a bi-weekly basis.(we will consider weekly reconciliation for the first 30 days). The selected team needs to be ready to start asap. This is a very lucrative campaign for the right team. We will not tolerate any fraudulent or mis-represented activity or leads as we have had some bad experiences in the past with some teams--that being said, we have some wonderful teams that we have built a strong relationship with over many years of working together.
