Our website has LimeSurvey installed on our dedicated server.
We have a survey of approximately 30 questions that needs to have an automated report produced for web delivery.
* Survey is already in system.
* LimeSurvey is configured and operable.
* Require an interface page that will run from our drupal based web site to administer the report.
* Report creates one graphic and uses boilerplate text to create and display a pdf file of the feedback report.
Report needs to be formatted in company style sheet with logo and branding, which will be provided.
Successful delivery can lead to multiple add-on projects of the same type.
