I have a good understanding of anime (because i watch it as well). I can come up with a few concept designs for the first day and let you pick the best one you would like to go forward into further development and to the final design. Depending on what anime characters you want on the tissue box such as, Naruto would be ninja style, dark background, few characters fighting on the side, maybe something more cheerful like Pokemon where all the characters are playing around. All up to your decision to make, all the example is just from my own knowledge to show I know about anime.
