Change color in photo -- 2

I have posted this project before, but I guess I was not specific enough to allow for an accurate offer. I need the attached picture to be changed as follows: 1) Change the red surface so that it fits out website design which is based on blue (#2669ae) 2) If you take a look at the tablet on the right side (and the silver area in front of the tablet), you will notice red reflections. They should fit the blue surface. 3) Make the blurry background darker and/or desaturate it a bit so that we can add white text on it. 4) The horizontal edge of the red surface is not 100% horizontal, please rotate the picture so that it is If possible we would like to get a PSD file (or the like) with masks/layers so we can do some finetuning ourselves (regarding the background). The picture will be the main background image of our website, so this needs to be done in high quality. Please consider that when posting your offer. I have attached a draft version of what we have done (regarding 1) and 3)) so you can get a better understanding of what we need, but please work with the unedited photo. The quality of our draft is not good enough for us since the edges look too manipulated (and we did not do anything about the reflections). If you have any questions please let me know. I will choose someone this afternoon (European time), also I cannot be online until then. Our deadline for the work is on Sunday.
