Alter some Images in Lightroom

I have a number of RAW files, let says between 350 to 400 images. A number of images have dust spots which will need to be removed within Photoshop. The resolution of the images must be maintained. Having a good eye for photography will be useful as all images will require to be retouched or edited. Also there are a number of images that require to be manipulated by adding or removing something to the image. When placing a bid, please let me know the cost you will charge per image to retouch? Photos will be shared via google drive.
