Alter Image of Product & Impose onto Wall (Photoshop)

I have attached an image of my product, a pencil light, which I am looking to be photoshopped. I need you to: 1. Change the pencil colour to black. The black pencil is then to be placed on a background image of either a contemporary office or an apartment as their wall lamp. The pencil needs to be vertical and appearing fixed/standing against a wall. The height of the pencil is 150cm. The cable at the bottom can also be used as this is part of the product. 2. Change the pencil colour to postbox red. The red pencil is then to be placed on a background image of either a children's bedroom or nursery as their wall lamp. The pencil needs to be at a 45 degree angle and appearing to be fixed to the wall. The height of the pencil is 150cm. The cable at the bottom can also be used as this is part of the product. We need to incorporate the light being turned. The black pencil for the office would be a white light and the red pencil children bedroom light can either be red, green, blue or purple.
