Architectural Design of a Multipurpose Building- 24768 sq m Carpet Area

Scope of Works: \r\n\r\n1. Review of ascertained Client\\\'s requirements and examine site constraints & potential for multipurpose buildings, external and internal systems / services and prepare brief for Engineer / PMC\\\'s review / recommendations and Client\\\'s approval including conceptual / control designs / drawings / documents and incorporate required changes, if any.\r\n2. Review Study of project requirements and control drawings and preparation of design philosophy, basis & criteria for multipurpose buildings, structures, external and internal services & systems for Engineer / PMC\\\'s review / recommendations and approval from Client.\r\n3. Preparation of detailed architectural working drawings including dimensioned plans, elevations, internal layout, sections, details etc. for multipurpose buildings / structures.\r\n4. Preparation of door / window schedules, fitting schedules, finishing schedules, flooring patterns for multipurpose buildings / structures / equipment / internal services etc.\r\n5. Preparation of Exemplary Detailed & Conceptual Interior Design for Some Important Facilities like, \r\n5.1. Kitchens, Drawing Rooms, Bathrooms of Residential Flats\r\n5.2. Special Luxury Facilities like Swimming Pool, Greenery etc. \r\n6. Furnish necessary architectural norms, calculations etc. to corroborate architectural detailing work.\r\n7. Study of input data and preparation of conceptual design calculations, schematic drawings for all external services, multipurpose buildings pertaining to internal services such as:\r\n7.1. External & Internal Plumbing System.\r\n7.2. External & Internal Sewerage Piping System.\r\n7.3. External & Internal Waste Water Piping System.\r\n7.4. External and internal rain Water System.\r\n7.5. Connection of Internal Services Systems with external services network.\r\n8. The conceptual drawings to include flow/schematic diagrams, plans, elevations, sections, blow-ups etc.\r\n\r\nTotal Time for this project is six months. Payment in each stages- Advance (10%), Concept (25%), Draft (35%), Final (30%)
