Dear photo editors,
After succesfully selecting three Service Providers for the first two projects, Class Media is now starting its fourth photo retouching project already! We're looking for more photo editors who can retouch a vast amount of adult photos quickly.
Each project that we launch involves about 2500 photos. Check out the following examples, the first photo is retouched by the first Service Provider that we acquired through GAF:

In order to determine if your retouching style is to our liking, we would like to ask you to retouch three test photos in advance of the projectstart:

Follow these guidelines while retouching:
1 Please take a close look at the examples provided above
2 We would like you to create the same 'glamourish' photo look as you can see in the two examples
3 Remove human imperfections like (eye-/breast-) wrinkles, pimples, spots, birthmarks, scars, bruises, skin highlights and bags under the eyes
4 Tweak levels, color balance, saturation, brightness and contrast if necessary
5 Focus on the girl, you don't have to retouch the man nor the environment
6 Make the girl look younger
7 Make the audience believe the picture wasn't retouched
8 Sharpen up areas (or entire photos) that aren't sharp enough
9 Keep the same resolution for your retouched photo (don't resize or crop)
10 Apply a "softfx" technique
11 Save your image in JPEG format at 90%-100% quality (large file), we can't evaluate the quality smaller files
We'll explain the "softfx" technique in detail, it's quite simple:
10.1 Copy your retouched photo into a new layer (on top of the first), and set the opacity of the copied layer to 25% - 40%
10.2 Now use the Gaussian Blur filter (between 6.0 - 10.0 pixels) to blur the copied layer, it will create a kind of "glow" on the image
10.1 Use the Photoshop Sharpen filter on the first (original) photo layer
10.4 Now check the opacity of the copied layer again, and see which opacity looks best
10.5 Don't use too much "softfx", it should be subtle!
10.6 Done.
Please rename your retouched test photos to '[login to view URL]', '[login to view URL]', '[login to view URL]', and publish them on a site of your choice. If you don't have your own site we prefer [login to view URL] (switch of security settins). Then send the photo hyperlinks to us in a private message on [login to view URL] (please don't contact us outside this site before you receive the project).
Once you've completed your first retouching project succesfully we can discuss a closer and longer working relationship, since Class Media will be launching many new projects.
Thank you in advance,
Marcellino
