Automatic email creation in Plesk

On a server running CentOS and Plesk 9.2.2 I need a PERL script that will be run from the online users, that will allow to create new mailboxes. Verification must be done that the same name does not exist yet, and if not, the box should be created and fully available as if it would have been created manually through Plesk.

Script MUST be Perl.
