I would like an adult website template. I would like it to have an admin section where I can change it between one of two layouts with the ability to ad more layouts later, with commented documentation on how to create new layouts that any programmer can understand, with a section for that a non programmer can understand.
I want the ability for many skins to be easily installed and changed so i can use it on more than one domain niche, also documentation on how to create more themes with the same detail as the layout documentation. I want the thumbnails for the index page to be created automatically. I want a section available for a banner 480 X 80. I want one theme included (red dragon with the focus being on the sites favorite women)
