Card design system like a t-shirt design - oscommerce or custom-repost

Hello people. I have to repost this project as the provider I have chosen could not deliver what I require. Please read and re-read the requirement thoroughly. Here's the requirement form the client. You will WORK on the client server in a development directory the whole development time. Basic designer will be built using PHP and MySQL In the mold of http://goodprint.co.uk. Please visit [login to view URL] for reference. - The admin should easily allow additional products to be added. - The back door interface should allow simple addition of fonts or new designs/images/borders. - Admin area should allow easy access to be able to download the PDF designs that the designer creates just like goodprint.co.uk. - admin recieves the designed cards and execute the process just like goodprint.co.uk. FEATURES OF CARD DESIGNER - Designer should be able to be "set" within our current shopping - We need this site to be able to build a PDF order form based on the information gathered by the interface. That will be emailed to us or the email addresses we choose in the admin. It needs to be able to show multiple cards and collect all the pertinent data: ie. Item #, quantity ordered, sizes, font, logo, etc. - User must be able to edit and scale text, change fonts and colors, add images, designs - User must be able to Upload and use their own logo. - Ability for the customer to add different designs to front - User should be able to choose from different playing card related templates - User can choose from pre-designed templates that are related to holidays like Christmas. - User can customize their design with clip art with pre-loaded clipart and the ability for us to add more - User can select from TrueType fonts - User can upload different image formats GIF, BMP, PNG, TIF, JPG - Create a means to send the correct information into an "admin" panel that will enable our Production personnel to "re-create" the item to ensure we produce exactly what the customer has ordered. - Create a means to send the information to a PHP shopping cart located at our main site so that the customer can confirm their purchase prior to ordering. - Create the ability for customers to UPLOAD an image/photo and apply it to the item - Ability for customer to build/design without being logged in, but must log in before checking out. - Customer images saved in their account for 15-20 days, then automatically deleted. - Low resolution warning given to customers who upload an image that is too low quality. Please answer the following questions. I will base my dicision on how yo understand the project by the answer you provide. 1. Do you intend to develop the script form scratch? Or you have a ready made script that you will customized to fit my requirement? If yes, what script is it? 2. Have you developed a similar functionality before? 3.
