Customise direct debit module for WHMCS

We would like to create an Direct Debit (by bank account ,bsb, account number )modules by using SeucrePay's API for WHMCS and link with the Email Notification properly. REF: [login to view URL] Please find the attachment for details, we have made an Direct Debit module so far , however can't avoid the "Credit Card trigger ", because we use the credit card module as an example, which we developed for securepay credit card, however when we copy that and try to use that for direct debit, the system always check if there are any credit card register on profile, which is a bit hassle for us at the moment, also since the direct debit takes 3 days to clear, we would like to have an new status as "pending payment" however sort of mark that as paid, and run a cron job, to check everyday again each transcation that happens 3 days ago for whether or not the direct debit indeed been approved. At the end, make sure it could trigger an separate email templates, so we could send our client an separate email automatically through the system. Regards,
