cloning of another site

I am looking to clone the site www.youronlineagents.com......... I have already created a site using [login to view URL], and was looking to see if this could be modified a little, in order to achieve the cloning.......... This is what has to be done....... 1) when an agent signs up for an account, and is approved, i need the domain name to be like this [login to view URL] 2) the index page must be general but must link to all agents and their listings 3) I was also thinking maybe when agent signs up, it would have a template chooser, so the agent could use their companys colours, or a different look 4) I also would like it if the logo and agent photo where automatically loaded from database, so no hard coding would be involed 5) To have the pages automatically SEO'd by taking the information from the page, and from the database 6) adding in an HTML editor so the agents could create a custom page on their own, and for it to automatically be added to their menu of links. This is project is currently under way, and I am looking for a little help. I am looking for a team mate to assist in the development of this site, and your responsibilities would be the ones listed above.... Please base quote on stages 1 - 6, not on the whole project. If extra work is needed down the road, you will be paid in addition to what you have already done. This project may or may not happen, depending on the amount being charged by freelancers.....If the costs are to high to start, then I probably wont procceed with this project......... If someone has any ideas, or another script, open source or their own, that would work better, please provide me with working examples....... I am taking this project very serious and I would like you all to take this serious aswell.
