Custom WordPress Blog Theme/Graphics

I just installed a wordpress blog on my site at [login to view URL] Now I need a custom theme with the option of avatars for posters, the wordpress link taken off a place to put some adsense ads, custom styled CSS layout for the format and structure of the site, and the PHP coding for the separate templates that make up the navigation and structure of the blog site and a google search. I have an idea of what I want the Blog to look like. You can see my idea at [login to view URL] I have most of the images for the blog style. I will need a few more but nothing major. I will need a paper image so it looks like my words are being written on paper. I want the blog to be able to have room for archive links, a few adsense ads, a google search and links to other parts of my site like you see at [login to view URL] I also need the blog to look the same on IE, Firefox, and Safari. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I would need the blog to look the same on all browsers.
