Create wordpress theme

I would like to have a WordPress theme created with a similar look and feel of my current website. The blog must not have the same exact design as the site. The theme must be built with tableless CSS that is XHTML 1.0 Strict according to the validator on W3C website (<[login to view URL]).> My current layout is a bit too narrow. The left-side menu is too large and the remainder of page is too narrow for a article text. That's why I want a layout that is wider, a different header with the blog's title, and the navigation on the right hand side. ## Deliverables My website is located at: [login to view URL] I would like the template to reuse the same colors, but I would prefer a easy to read layout where the articles are displayed on a white or very light background. I will require a PSD template first and will require one round of modifications (if necessary). Once approved, the WordPress theme can be built.
