Create 4 E-Bay Auction Seller Layouts in HTML/Photoshop

For our company we need 4 Ebay-Auction seller site templates. 4 themes: sport, oktoberfest, konzert, classic event. everything always on the templates stays the same except of the layout of the theme The templates need to be created in our coorporate design, so were we will provide you with our logo to implement it. Except of our logo we need some other visual material in the templates (for example pictures) to create a nice looking ebay seller page template. The template should be an html code, so we can just copy it into the ebay auction seller site and just insert the event typical data. on the ebay page you can insert a html code. so basicly you need to create the layout for the ebay page in html and insert 1 picture in each template (maybe modified, so it looks best) to each template. the main strucuture of the templates will stay the same, only the "theme" will be different. we will insert then the layouts if we proceed an auction and fill in the auction specific data. We have some basic seller information about the event we have to put in the ebay auction (for example: eventdate, eventlocation, category of tickets...). The template needs to have these headlines already prepared and clearly structured in the auction to show this to the potential buyer. And our sales can just easyly put the information in the prepared blanks. we are doing the research on the picture material and make the decision together with you (best would be via livechat). for this we use istockphoto. please let us know what is the recommended size from your side of the pictures, how much pixels should they have? we are thinking of buying the smallest version of the pictures would this be enough? or do you need higher resution?
