Convert existing site to structured XHTML

This project requires you to have knowledge of XHTML and advanced experience with CSS and you'll need to use DreamWeaver. If you don't have DreamWeaver then perhaps you could use the 30 day trial version. I have a site I wish to convert from HTML to a more structure XHTML markup. I have a set of [coding standards][1] which I would like you to follow. Included with this bid is the existing HTML with around about 30 pages that will need to be converted. The deliverable is the HTML files returned to me, all files must pass the W3C XHTML Strict online validation tool and work as closely as possible to the coding standards. I'm not looking for the cheapest bid here, I usually get a number of bids where people haven't even read the posting. If you bid add a comment with your views on the coding standard then I'll be reassured that you can do the work. I have more work like this in the pipeline too. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform W3C Validated XHTML Strict.
