Code MS Word docs into Valid XHTML 1.1

I have templates I use in our project management work and we have decided to make them available on our web site so we need them converted and enhanced cosmetically.

There are 17 MS Word documents. Each must be converted to a valid XHTML 1.1 page. Within the Word document there are links to help. These help links must be handled intuitively, preferrably by becoming visible when mousing over applicable sections on the page or something equivalent.

These pages must completely separate content from presentation by using cascading style sheets. The styling should be consistent and attractive accross all pages.

Validation:

XHTML must validate as XHTML 1.1 using this validator:

I have attached a template MS Word document and its associated help file. All of the templates very in comlexity, but this one represents the average complexity.

All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
