CMS UI built for picture croping and resize with ImageMagick + Jcrop

developed with Jquery and / or smarty templates to be able to tweak/reuse the code properly. We currently have an in-house CMS that handles all of our website updates with video updates as well as picture updates. For all these scenes we store a myriad of data . We need a cms built that will allow our picture editors to upload PSD's to a specific server location and perform all cropping tasks (from a web admin using server tools such as imagemagick as well as html5/javascript tools such as the jquery library dhtml cropper jcrop <[login to view URL]> ), necessary for export of the different files / picture sizes our websites require to display proper thumb sizes and allow us to quickly replace all files in use on the server when new corrections are made to these PSD's and re-uploaded. Ultimately, we want the system to be operational with other source files in a JPG format on top of PSDS. The system should save all crop settings in the database for quick reprocessing upon replacement of the source files (due to a change in a picture or correction) as well as allowing us to perform other tasks linked to content and post production in relation to our current LCMS to try and streamline all operations and allow for quick replacement and deployment of the content from the LCMS-thumbs environment to limit typos and file misplacement. This will also allow us to keep everything in an easy to understand admin interface that will allow a single content manager to overview all required for a certain scene without intimate knowledge of where thumbs and content is required to be on the server while allowing for picture manipulation and export in different sizes without intimate knowledge of Photoshop. The tool needs to be built in a way to ensure we can add new "crop settings and export settings" in order to add easily new crop settings for different and new pages.
