CMS based statistics database

Thank you for taking the time to review our bid request. We are looking for someone to create a statistics website based on an open-source CMS (we have worked with Drupal and eZ and would prefer either one). Admin will be able to create owners who in turn will be able to create users. Owners are able to set size and competition set, create users and can overwrite data inserted by regular user. Users are able to insert usage and revenue made. This will create a number of statistics which will be sent to the owner's set e-mail addresses in their chosen format: HTML with graphs (using phpgraphlib or jpgraph), secure RSS feed with graphs, PDF with graphs or XLS with graphs. Data will be saved to the database to be accessible at any time to create individual reports (over a variable period of time, giving logical options) output same as above. If you are the winning bidder, we will provide you with the statistical calculations and screenshots of how it could look like (no design needed!) - or just ask through PMB. If you delivered as promised, we will continue to work with you developing the product. Good Communication is essential! Payment will be done after bidder has handed over the working project to bid requester with all usage rights and documentation of script. Escrow Payment possible.
