Build a new Marketing Website for our business

This project involves the construction of a new marketing website for our company. The website will be similar in size and scope our current site [[login to view URL]][1] ie approx 22 pages 1 feedback response form, 1 newsletter st ubscription The graphics from the current site can be reused but the layout needs to be upgraded and some graphics added which will be provided. Some design help will be required to improve the general look and feel of the site and all content will be provided The site should include a function for new pages and content to be added by us ie a basic content management function The site also needs to be search engine optimized to appear on page 1 for google for 6 key word phrases Website marketing, SEO and graphics/layout skills are most important for this site. Subsequent work to the winning coder may involve further form based data capture, email responder and flash animation work. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform IE 5.0 or later
