Add new section/content to Flash site

I need someone to add a new section to the existing [login to view URL] website. This new section is already designed and we just need a coder to build it out for us. Coder will need to work within the existing framework of the site which is based on XML pulling data into the flash file. Currently the XML is pulling in FLV/SWF files but we will need this to import JPG files for the new section.
