Add Online Booking, Calendar, Reservations, to Existing Website

Banner Haven Bed and Breakfast has an existing website ([login to view URL]) and needs to have several features added to the site: - Admin Page for Reservations, Calendar & Bookings - Availability Calendar - Reservation Manager - Online Booking - PayPal Integration - Automated follow up emails Open source code PHP or other coding can be used but must be customized to look like our existing website pages. Each page must have the same layout as the current site. MUST READ: Coder must read detailed requirements before bidding. ## Deliverables **Availability Calendar** - There needs to be an admin page to allow the admin to create multiple rooms which will show available or booked on the calendar. There are currently three rooms but more will be added, next summer. The calendar should support additional rooms that can be added later. The calendar should show each room and whether the room is available or not. The calendar will be updated automatically each time a reservation is made. The admin should be able to manually add bookings to the calendar and show a room as unavailable. This will allow for reservations made by phone. **Reservation Manager** - Visitors should be able to select and book rooms online. The reservation manager will allow them to pick a room (based on the availability calendar) and reserve that room by making the payment through PayPal. If a room is not available, the visitor should be directed back to the calendar and asked to select a different room or different dates. Admin will be able to set the cost for each room. Each room will be priced different. Guests will be able to select additional services, as in the following examples. The admin will be able to add additional services and set the cost of each service. Each additional service needs to have a link to another page for additional information. The coder will NOT be responsible for creating these pages. These pages will be created at a later date. The admin will be able to paste the link in the admin page. This link will be displayed beside each additional service that is available. 1. Select Room 2. Number of guests - (select 2 to 4) 3. Additional Person - Add $25 for each guest more than 2 4. Without Breakfast - Subtract $8 per person 5. Golf Package - Add $50 per person (select number of people) 6. Whitewater Rafting - Add $65 per person (select number of people) 7. Ski Package - Add $60 per person (select number of people) 8. In-Room Massage - Add $75 per person (select number of people) 9. Pets (select Yes or No) - add $25 if yes The admin needs to be able to add, change, and delete packages and additional available features. **Online Booking** - After the room and additional packages are selected, the visitor will be able to book the room online. The availability calendar will be updated. Note, the visitor will be required to provide the following information: First & Last Name Address City, State, Zip Code Phone Email The admin will be able to set and change the following fees: Room Rate Cleaning Fee Pet Fee Service Fee Tax Rate (percentage) Security Deposit - Security Deposit will be refunded and this needs to be handled through the admin section of the site. The site should automatically handle the refund through PayPal, when the admin selects "Refund Security Deposit" after the guest has checked out. **PayPal Integration** - The site will automatically bill the credit card and take payment through our existing PayPal account. We have a business account. We want to forward the guest to PayPal, have PayPal take the payment and then bring the guest back to our site and provide a confirmation number by email. The site should automatically generate the confirmation number. All of the above information will then be forwarded to the admin via email. **Automated Follow Up Emails** - The admin will be able to create emails to be sent to the new guest. The site will automatically send a "Welcome to Banner Haven" email as soon as the reservation is made. 1 Week prior to arrival the site will send another automatic email 2 Days prior to arrival the site will send another automatic email 1 Day after departure the site will send another automatic email If the reservation is same day or less than a week, all emails will still be sent but sent right away.
