I would like a freelancer to build and set up a fully editable CMS Wordpress theme for a professional website and blog. I need to be able to easily add and delete pages, edit images and text (via an advanced WYSIWYG, which can add tables and different font styles). It is also important that I can edit the header image for each page via the WP admin panel.
The theme has 20 pages and needs to be created based on the attached designs. No design work is needed, artwork files will be supplied once bidding has ended.
Web pages:
-Homepage
-Profile (include an online subscription form)
-Fees (include an online subscription form)
-Booking (include an online form)
-Blog (with a separate nav for 6 categories)
-Video (with 5 sub pages)
-Media (include an online subscription form)
-Affiliates (include an online subscription form)
-Contact (include an contact form)
For this theme I would need a template designed for the homepage with the ability to change the image in the future. Two internal page templates. One full page, the other with a right hand column which will be home to a subscription form. And finally a template for the blog, which will have a separate navigation and sub pages / categories (see attached designs).
I also need three forms created with editable field for this theme, a subscribe now form (see attached artwork), an online booking form (for appointments, no payments will need to be made) and an online contact us page.
In addition I need the ability to add and edit Google Analytics and meta data to the website, via the WP admin panel.
The deadline for this project is 10 days please do not bid on this is you can not complete the job in this time.
