We need to build a Wordpress theme using the layout of an existing website. The website is located here: [login to view URL] We would ideally like the website to look like it did during the 2012 campaign: (for example, the main site located here via the WayBack Machine: [login to view URL]://[login to view URL]). Note that the splash page is not required. This should be a very quick and very easy project for someone with good Wordpress templating skills.
