Create Wordpress plugin - automotive maintenance tracker

This website application will allow people to track maintenance (oil changes, tire rotation, etc) on their automobile. Must be: coded in php & mysql works as a wordpress plugin User experience: - A person signs up through the wordpress default process. - After registration they should be able to create a car profile (they should be able to add unlimited car profiles). They input this car’s current mileage and estimated monthly driving mileage. - They should be given an option of using miles or kilometers throughout the site. Once that choice is made, it should be reflected throughout (all data stored in miles). - The user has the ability to create custom reminders and track them - When a person logs in, they should be able to see a history of the maintenance they’ve done.
