Create Simply Table WordPress Plugin

We require a very simply plugin, that allows us to replicate the table used in [login to view URL] in its entirely regarding all aspects, such as colour, design and functionality. Specification: 1) We require the ability to add custom fields, such as Location, Date, and Title etc. 2) To easily change the colour scheme of the table, including header and rows. 3) To have a filter tool available, to allow users to find an event taking place in a particular city such as London, Paris and New York. 4) And to re-arrange columns in ascending and descending order by date and otherwise.
