Convert HTML site to WordPress

Before I begin, we require a very high level of communication. We need twice weekly updates and we cannot wait more than 1 business day for a response to our requests for updates or answers to questions. If you cannot communicate at that level, please don't bother bidding. I need to convert a website from HTML to Wordpress. You can see the site here: [login to view URL] All of the content needs to be taken and inserted into Wordpress. It needs to be built using standard Wordpress menus, widgets, pages and posts and everything within the site should be converted to an equivalent Wordpress solution. Here's a list of items that need to change when the site is converted: -The main image which randomly loads from page to page needs to be replaced with a slider that automatically transitions. -We need cforms II plugin installed and the contact form to be styled to match the rest of the site. -We need links to our social media pages inserted and we need to have control to edit them later -We need the AddThis widget installed on the site and we need the ability to remove the widget from some pages -We need the Articles page reorganized in a blog format and have the category/summary page appear something like this page: [login to view URL] -All content needs to be copied over -Once complete, the site will need to be installed on our GoDaddy shared hosting account. After that you are done and there will be no more work for you. None of the links to outside websites need work, only the pages within the site that I posted itself.
