Business Directory Needed - Create the Design

We're in need of an individual that can create a business directory for our website. The website is currently being hosted on a Wordpress platform and we require an individual that can make a business directory similar to this one: [login to view URL] The goal would be to mass upload data into the system so that each individual listing would look similar to this: [login to view URL] There are two parts to this project. You must create the directory using existing or custom Wordpress plugins to do this. or whatever you see fit. If you feel that a custom solution would make sense, please indicate how you would do this. The second part of this assignment will be to upload the data that we have in a .csv format into the directory so that the information is online. I've uploaded a sample of the type of fields that are required for the directory. The fields related to hours of operation are not necessary to this project so please ignore it.
