Autoresponder Integrate with Wordpress Plugin

My website use Woocommerce plugin. Hope you can solve my problem. My Goal; I want new user sign up newsletter and get Free UNIQUE Coupon Voucher. My planned; I use "Follow-up Emails" plugin so that any new subcriber will get Free UNIQUE Coupon Voucher after registration. We're our best recommendation would be to send based on the "date added" for after they were successfully added to your lists in MailChimp.
