Desktop app needed to modify html files

I need a desktop app with a nice interface to modify the html in several thousand files at once (could be upwards of 30,000). The program would leave the original files alone, placing the new files in a location of my choosing. The purpose of this operation is to make a dupliate site under a different domain name. There are only 2 formats for all pages - an index page and the other pages. Take a look at these: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] MODIFICATIONS: - Software will make 2 changes in the google code: google_ad_client (pub-8084076344898546) and google_ad_code (8352189463). I need to be able to enter a different pub and ad code number. The software will make this change. The numbers that the software changes won't always be the same! I only use the numbers above (8084076344898546 and 8352189463) so you can see what needs to be changed. IMPORTANT: google doesn't allow their code to be changed. So, this program needs to be 100% accurate!!! When it makes a change to many thousands files it needs to make NO MISTAKES!!! - Change root of URL everywhere on the page. I will want to change the root domain anywhere it appears on the page. For example, in the above sites, I would request [login to view URL] to be changed to top8sites.info. This way, all links, image location, banner location would be changed. I then have a duplicate site under a different domain name. - The software needs to add a no robot tag in the header if so chosen. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
