Database Program for Loan officer

Hello to everyone. I would like to see if someone can make a good database client tracking program for my company and job. I'm a loan officer and this program would be for loan officers. The program must be able to input and track certain client information. I would like to enter the clien'ts name,address,phone numbers, date of birth, interest rate, type of last transaction (purchase or refinance, etc..), Loan amount, date of last transaction, email address, middle credit score and perhaps one or two more [login to view URL] program has to give me a two to 3 day notice of anyones birthday before it happens for mailing purposes. Also has to list everyone in alphabetical order. I would like an interface where I can enter the information and then it populates the fields which i can look at after. Anyone who can do this will be rewarded nicely and any additional features to help my business will be rewarded. Money is not an issue if the project turns out to be something really nice. I would like the rights to the software also. Future jobs avaible for the choosen person. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
