Custom Template needs coder

Non-techie needs coding for 10 pg. custom website template. Must have user friendly admin section for updating/adding/deleting text, links, and photos. Site's pages are home, products, business services, author services, about us, contact us, press releases, articles, links and specials. You must adhere to a two week deadline once your bid is accepted, and speak fluent English. Website is for a publishing company. Products are ebooks and special reports. Customers need to be able to place products in a simple shopping cart. Payment will be via Paypal IPN. Customers will get a link for only products they purchased. Link will be at website and emailed to them automatically after payment. Website will need ability to archive articles and press releases by title, with links from title to content for customers to view. I'm happy to answer any questions you have regarding this project, as I know this description is vague. Hosting will be at hostgator, so please check out their website to be sure it has what you need before you bid. Please don't bid if you can't be clear on how you can accomplish the above goals or if you are unable to complete the project within a two week time frame.
