Custom Task Manager for PC

The "Janitor" task manager needs to accomplish the following: **_1. On boot-up;_** A password entry pop-up asks for details - correct password takes the user to a pre-configured and saved "Desktop 1", incorrect password takes user to pre-configured and saved "Desktop 2". **Incorrect password (Desktop 2);** If password in-correct, "Janitor" does the following tasks pre-determined in an options menu such as: i. replaces "My Recent Documents" folder with a selection of files chosen by admin. ii. changes "recently opened files" in programs such as Word, Excel, Access, ACT ect (ability to add programs on the fly by admin essential). iii. removes any links to specified workstations or servers. iv. changes the date of a series of pre-selected files in folders to the "current system date" (this must register in the files “Last Modified?? report. v. changes it's own options menu to show only password settings and administrator details. **Correct Password (Desktop 1);**** **If password correct, "Janitor" does the following tasks pre-determined in an options menu such as: i. makes no changes to "My Recent Documents". ii. makes no changes to "recently opened files" in any programs. iii. leaves links to specified workstations or servers. iv. **_STILL_** changes the date of a series of pre-selected files in folders to the "current system date". v. changes it's own options menu to show **_ALL OPTIONS_** chosen to be built into this app. Greater detail will be available to successful bidder. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
