Custom Alert Software Needed

Hello, We are an education company that uses a corporate credit card for multiple expenses including advertising efforts. We would like a coder or engineer to develop a custom piece of software that will automatically access our account, and provide alerts whenever we are approaching our credit limit or can provide balance updates. The interface should allow us to simply login our card information, after which the software should then trigger alerts.
