Cricket Web Template

Hi, I am designing a PHP program for Cricket Clubs that is completely finished... except for a functioning XHTML web template. I need an XHTML/Photoshop/CSS/Javascript guru to design a Cricket-oriented web template for implementation in my program. It should have a navbar with a Javascript drop-down menu (this should be color-matched with the rest of the site). The site should be XHTML 1.0 compliant with wide use of creative CSS (which should also be W3C compliant). There should be one center floating "module" that floats in the middle and readjusts itself according to the browser size (CSS percentages). Color-wise you should probably use greens, browns, blues; earthy tones in general. It should include many photoshopped icons, logos, and cricket-related "doodads". It must perform flawlessly in MSIE, Firefox, Navigator, and Opera. In addition, it must work in an 800x600 monitor setting. If the first template is good, we will automatically award a second template to the coder (for the same amount of money).
