Corp Website, with webshop and software download functionality

I need a very experienced team to develop a Corporate Website for me. It HAVE to include: 1) Graphical Design of webpage and CMS/Backend 2) 100% working backen CMS solution that can control all text and subpages, images. must be intuitive and easy to use and understand. 3) user control of functions for CMS Administrators, Editors, Content Manager, Shop Manager etc. 4) Webshop for software sales, with creditcard processing and fully working download manager for software content. 5) must run on SQL2005 with C# ASP.NET 2.0 Framework 6) Frontend must be viewable for Internetexplorer, Firefox, Opera etc. website could look like <[login to view URL]> bidders have to be able to show samples of their previous work of frontend design and backend design. No references then dont bid. Max 3 weeks development including everything after agreement of details. To speed things up you can have access to already existing CMS with basis functions that have to be modified. (Done by 3rd party who didnt complete) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
